Scott L. Levine earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Following graduation, Mr. Levine practiced in the area of civil litigation for several years before turning his focus to concentrate almost entirely on family law. Mr. Levine joined the Pittsburgh firm now known as Elliott & Davis in 2007 to complement their growing team of lawyers. Mr. Levine's addition provided the firm with a new practice area to offer to their already diverse client base.
Currently Mr. Levine handles the majority of family law cases within the firm. Mr. Levine has represented numerous individuals and families in and around Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an assorted range of family law matters. Joining Elliott & Davis has allowed Mr. Levine to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Mr. Levine is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Scott is a member of various professional and fraternal organizations including: American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Allegheny County Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association Elder Law Committee and Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section. Scott is also a member of F&AM Dallas Lodge #231 and AASR Valley of Pittsburgh, as well as Millvale Sportsmen's Club.
Mr. Levine handles a variety family law issues including: divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, and protection from abuse. Mr. Levine also provides his clients with estate planning services, including the drafting of Wills, Living Wills and Power of Attorney Documents.
