Jeffrey A. Cramer creates estate plans that you understand, that are kept up to date and will work when your family needs them most. His mission is to help you deal with the complexities of life, disability and death. He prepares estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and designations of health care surrogate; assists in probating an estate or administering a trust; establishes guardianships, advises on elder law issues such as medicaid planning and will fight for your inheritance rights by contesting a will, if necessary.

Jeff holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida - College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He has been admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Florida. With more than 33 years experience as a civil trial lawyer, Jeff successfully has handled a wide variety of personal injury and employment-discrimination claims, and contract disputes in both trial and appellate courts. Jeff also has been an adjunct professor of employment law at Florida Coastal School of Law, a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars and has published articles on civil trial issues.

Jeff had been certified by the Florida State Supreme Court as both a civil court and family mediator. He has received the highest rating from his peers, "AV" by the Martindale Hubbell Company, has been listed in the "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers" and "Who's Who in American Law". Jeff has served as Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association President and both as Northeast Florida Chapter President and member of the National Board of Directors of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.

The extensive trial experience gathered from handling thousands of diverse civil matters has provided the skills necessary for Jeff to embark on the next phase of his career, helping people and families to plan effectively for their future. Jeff undertook several months of intensive study of all facets of estate planning and now focuses his law practice in all these areas. He is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, an experienced, cutting edge group of forward thinking attorneys who collaborate and educate on the latest estate planning laws and techniques. As a result his Jacksonville, Florida estate planning law practice now offers clients the combination of the support of a group of experienced estate planning colleagues from around the country along with Jeff's own extensive legal background and experience.

Grady graduated from Orange Park High School in Clay County, Florida, in 1976. He then attended Florida State University undergraduate, and University of Georgia for law school. Grady practiced for Haynes and Boone of Dallas, Texas from 1982 to 1985, before leaving to serve as Associate General Counsel for the Baptist Foundation of Texas from 1985-1987, before accepting his final Texas position as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Southwest Savings of Dallas, from 1987 to 1991. In 1991, Grady returned to Florida and attended the University of Florida's Graduate Tax Program. Graduating in 1992, he established his own practice in Orange Park, where he continues to practice in a small firm setting to date.

Steve Fahlgren is a general practioner in Hilliard, Florida. He handles most types of civil litigation but does not take cases against consumers and does not practice criminal law. For a listing of practice areas, please see them below.

Mr. Fahlgren also practices debt collection defense and credit litigation throughout Florida. For over four years, Mr. Fahlgren has represented consumers exclusively in consumer litigation matters. Mr. Fahlgren has litigated credit report errors and is very experienced in all facets of Fair Credit Report Litigation from the credit dispute letters to the requirement that credit bureaus maintain reasonable procedures to ensure maximum possible accuracy.

Many of Mr. Fahlgren's clients cannot afford to pay on an hourly basis, so Mr. Fahlgren often takes cases on a contingency fee basis if the client's expectations are reasonable.

After graduating with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Fahlgren began his legal career practicing commercial litigation and collection law at Foster & Kelly, P.A. He then joined Fisher, Rushmer, et al and expanded his practice to the areas of consumer litigation and employment litigation. Mr. Fahlgren left Fisher, Rushmer et al. to form his own firm, Law Offices of Steven M. Fahlgren, P.A., to focus on consumer litigation. Mr. Fahlgren, who formerly served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army, is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, all state and federal courts in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Fahlgren is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 48.

Mr. Fahlgren has published various articles on Consumer Law. Over the years, Mr. Fahlgren has lectured on computer law and internet related issues and has provided information in in numerous stories for television, radio and newspapers. For over a year, Mr. Fahlgren hosted a popular radio show entitled "For the Consumer" on AM 950 WTLN in Orlando.

Mr. Fahlgren also handles a very select few cases involving employment law matters. He has filed claims for age discrimination, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.
