Julie Myers was born in Washington, DC and was raised in Columbia, Maryland. She is a 1991 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) and a 1996 graduate of The University of Baltimore School of Law. She has practiced law for 12 years. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Myers was appointed to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lenore R. Gelfman in the Circuit Court for Howard County, Maryland from 1996 to 1998. She engaged in a solo general law practice for five years before joining the law firm of Willis & Henderson, P.A., located near Baltimore, Maryland, where she practiced in various areas of civil law and litigation, including estate planning and family law.
