George Allen Moore earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, College of Commerce & Business Administration, in 1970. During his senior year, he received the prestigious S. Paul Garner Accounting Award. George was recognized for superior academic achievement after four years of intense study. After undergraduate school, George entered Law School at the University of Alabama, where he graduated in 1973. During law school, he concentrated on mastering trial skills. Three years ago, George Allen Moore and his law firm established the Alabama Justice Center. This organization is dedicated to holding wrongdoers accountable for the injuries they inflict on innocent citizens.

Giving back to the community is an important part of George's life. In 1988, George Allen Moore was selected as the attorney for the Madison County Board of Education, a school system with almost 2,000 employees and 19,000 students. He has continually served as the attorney for the school system since that time. Service to his community has always been one of George's goals. In 1998, George Allen Moore was appointed to the Board of Directors of Huntsville Utilities and has continually served on the Board since that time. George Allen Moore is a family man. He is married and has two children and three grandchildren. He was born and raised on a small farm north of Huntsville, and is proud to be the son of cotton farmers. While attending the public schools in Madison County, he worked as a bag boy for a grocery store starting in the 10th grade. Mr. Fahlgren, who formerly served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army, is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, all state and federal courts in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Fahlgren is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 48.

Mr. Fahlgren has published various articles on Consumer Law. Over the years, Mr. Fahlgren has lectured on computer law and internet related issues and has provided information in in numerous stories for television, radio and newspapers. For over a year, Mr. Fahlgren hosted a popular radio show entitled "For the Consumer" on AM 950 WTLN in Orlando.

Mr. Fahlgren also handles a very select few cases involving employment law matters. He has filed claims for age discrimination, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.

Mr. McOmber is a third generation attorney and a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. In 1998, he was admitted to New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and joined the firm of McOmber & McOmber, which was established by his parents, Richard and Adrienne McOmber, in 1974. He was promoted to partner in 2001. In 2004, Mr. McOmber moved to Red Bank with his wife, Dr. Nathalie Zenian McOmber, a general dentist who also practices in Monmouth County.

Mr. McOmber's primary areas of practice are civil litigation, land use and education law. He represents a number of municipal and regional boards of education and has handled extensive litigation and appeals on their behalf. He has successfully counseled many national corporations regarding complex development applications in New Jersey, including self-storage facilities and financial institutions. Mr. Sokol was admitted to the Bar in December of 1980, after having graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in May of 1980. Marco Caviglia has been a trial attorney for 29 years. He graduated from Colgate University in 1973 and from Albany Law School at Union University in 1980. He is admitted to the New York Bar and the Bar for the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has served as Chief Assistant to the Dutchess County Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County, and as County Legislator of Dutchess County. He has also served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Poughkeepsie and Special Counsel to the Town of Wappinger Falls.

Mr. Caviglia is a Diplomate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in the teaching of trial advocacy skills to attorneys. Mr. Gilbert’s experience is extensive, spanning more than twenty-nine (29) years as an attorney, professor, negotiator, arbitrator, and mediator involving a wide array of labor and employment disputes in both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Gilbert’s litigation experience is extensive, encompassing various administrative agencies, and the federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court and N.Y.S. Court of Appeals.

Over the years, Mr. Gilbert has handled literally hundreds of administrative proceedings including contractual grievance arbitrations, disciplinary hearings, unfair labor practice hearings, representation cases, organizational campaigns, and employment discrimination matters. He regularly appears before such agencies as the EEOC, State Division of Human Rights, American Arbitration Association, National Labor Relations Board, Public Employment Relations Board, and Merit Systems Protection Board. Mr. Gilbert has also regularly supervised or handled comprehensive collective bargaining negotiations.

Typical issues involve discipline and discharge, executive compensation disputes, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, contract administration and interpretation disputes, arbitrability, commissions, seniority, compensation, employee and labor relations policy, family and medical leave, reasonable accommodation, past practices, retirement compensation, overtime, denial of benefits, past practices, management rights, promotion and upgrading, transfers, health care, unfair labor practices, compliance with Employee Handbooks, layoffs, subcontracting, wage and hour, increase of production work rules, employment discrimination, unfair labor practices, union representation issues, and health and safety issues. The firm also handles disputes concerning administration of collective bargaining agreements, Handbook policies, and complex collective bargaining negotiations.

Mr. Gilbert currently serves as an Arbitrator and Neutral Chairperson for both Nassau and Suffolk County District Courts. Mr. Gilbert has been a neutral appellate Hearing Officer on behalf of the Chancellor, New York City Board of Education in various disputes. Mr. Gilbert is a certified Labor Mediator and Arbitrator for the Employment Discrimination Resolution (EDR) and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) panels of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Gilbert has lectured or taught numerous seminars and courses in such topics as Employment Discrimination Law, Sexual Harassment, Whistleblowers, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment At Will, Discipline and Discharge, Labor Law, Civil Service Law, and Fair Employment Practices. Mr. Gilbert has been an Adjunct Professor for Cornell University/New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Mr. Gilbert is a member of the American, New York State, Suffolk County, and Nassau County Bar Associations, where he serves on various committees. He is a member of the Industrial Relations Research Association.

Mr. Gilbert is a graduate of Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts (top 5%) (B.A. Double Major: English and Psychology), and has a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law (1980). He successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in August 1984.

Chris L. Trolinger was born in Springdale, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude, having been awarded the Harold Hantz scholarship given to the most outstanding philosophy student in the Philosophy Department. He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2008 and awarded the Arthur James Seelye Small Business Law Award for excellence in business law. During law school, he served as Chief Symposium Editor on the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal and was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team.

He is admitted to practice in front of all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
