Prior to attending law school, I served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer. I served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Mortar Platoon Leader, Instructor, Battalion Staff Officer and an Infantry Rifle Company Commander.

I began practicing law in Canton, Georgia in 1993. After obtaining a Master of Laws concentrating in litigation, I logged several thousand hours in the courtroom developing a practice in domestic relations, criminal law and commercial litigation. In 2007 I was certified as a mediator, using my years of courtroom experience coupled with alternative dispute resolution training to help people resolve complex issues without excessive unnecessary costs of litigation. Craig David Becker, Esquire practices Education Law and Criminal Defense. He practices Special Education Law, representing students who have been denied an appropriate and effective education. Craig David Becker, Esq. received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of a James Wilson Merit Scholarship. Mr. Becker began representing individuals while still attending law school and won his first not guilty verdict and suppression motion prior to graduation.

He is a former Assistant Public Defender for Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he represented defendants in high profile felony cases and other serious offenses. Giving back to the community is an important part of George's life. In 1988, George Allen Moore was selected as the attorney for the Madison County Board of Education, a school system with almost 2,000 employees and 19,000 students. Service to his community has always been one of George's goals. George Allen Moore and his family are active members of Whitesburg Baptist Church, where George serves on the Board of Trustees. His faith is a big part of his life. Mr. McOmber was admitted to the New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and then served as a Judge Advocate General for three years in Washington, D.C. There he initially served as defense and trial counsel in many courts martial and thereafter as post Judge Advocate of Fort Leslie J. McNair in the southwest section of Washington.

Upon his honorable discharge from the Army, he joined the law firm of Giordano & Halleran. Upon his promotion to partner, the name of the firm was changed to Giordano, Halleran & McOmber. Thereafter, he left that firm to start a new firm with his wife, Adrienne H. McOmber. McOmber & McOmber opened their first office on Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey and later moved to 90 Monmouth Street in Red Bank. The McOmbers first lived in Fair Haven and thereafter in the Locust section of Middletown. They have two children, one of whom practices with the firm. Greg is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Greg received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and is a graduate of Binghamton University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mr. Warren is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Law - Camden. Prior to joining the firm of McOmber & McOmber, P.C. Mr. Warren was associated with two other firms, as well as with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation at its branch office located in Freehold, New Jersey. Mr. Warren has been with McOmber & McOmber, P.C. from 1980 until the present time.

Mr. Warren and his wife are residents of East Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey. They are members of Saint Bartholomew Church also located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a charter member of the Knights of Columbus Council Number 11873.

Mr. Warren is an Eagle Scout. He continued to actively participate in the Boy Scouts of America when his son became a Tiger Scout. Mr. Warren became an assistant Cubmaster/Cubmaster for Pack 109 and assistant Scoutmaster/Scoutmaster for Troop 109. Mr. Warren acted as an assistant Scoutmaster/Scoutmaster at two National Jamborees, and served as an assistant Scoutmaster at an International Jamboree as well. Mr. Warren is a Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow, Sakuwit Lodge No. 2. Mr. Warren has earned the Wood Badge which is the most advanced training available for Scout Leaders who are involved in the programs of the Boy Scouts of America.

Daniel Woodring was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has lived in Florida for the past twenty years. In Florida, he has lived and worked in Pensacola, Clearwater, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tallahassee. His wife Jean, who is also an attorney, was born in Miami, and grew up in Ft. Myers.

Daniel Woodring is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars, and is admitted to practice before the Florida Federal Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has worked at the trial level on cases in many of Florida's 20 judicial circuits, in addition to cases in state administrative tribunals, and has argued cases at the Florida Supreme Court and Florida District Courts of Appeal, and briefed cases at the U.S. Supreme Court.

He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, and received his B.A. degree from Clearwater Christian College, Summa Cum Laude.

After law school, Mr. Woodring was in private practice doing general civil and appellate work. He then left for a two year appellate clerkship at the First District Court of Appeal. During his time at the court, he worked on cases including, but not limited to: criminal; family law; administrative law; workers' compensation; civil and constitutional law.

Mr. Woodring next worked as a counsel in the Executive Office of the Governor, Office of the General Counsel. During his time in Governor Bush's Legal Office he had diverse responsibilities, including oversight and strategic litigation management of significant legal matters at numerous Governor's agencies, including the Department of Education; Department of Management Services; Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Department of Health; Agency for Health Care Administration; Department of Children and Families; Department of Community Affairs; Department of Elder affairs; Agency for Workforce Innovation; Department of Transportation, and the Department of State. He was also legally responsible for topics as diverse as emergency operations; advising the Governor on the selection of judges; implementation of civil service reform; reform of workers' compensation; budget and appropriation matters; Indian gaming law; and advice to the Florida Cabinet sitting in its many capacities, such as the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission.

Daniel Woodring was then asked to be the General Counsel for the Florida Department of Education, which encompassed Pre-K though 12th Grade, community colleges and the Florida University System. He was also the Charter General Counsel for The Board of Governors, when that board was constitutionally created to manage the State University System. During his tenure at the Department of Education, Mr. Woodring advised and litigated on matters including, but not limited to: constitutional challenges to Florida's education programs, including Opportunity Scholarships and the charter school approval and appeal process; doing away with race as a preference in university admissions and state contracting; teacher and professional discipline cases; union, labor and employment matters; state procurement and bid protest proceedings; administrative rule challenges and rule making proceedings; IDEA and Section 504 proceedings; public records, government in the sunshine and ethical matters; contract negotiations and disputes.

Since 2007, Mr. Woodring has been back in private practice as the principal of the Woodring Law Firm, located in Tallahassee, Florida, and practicing statewide and in Georgia. He concentrates his practice on appeals; constitutional cases instate and federal court; education law matters; and state administrative matters, including state procurement, regulation and licensing.

Mr. Sokol was admitted to the Bar in December of 1980, after having graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in May of 1980. In September of 1980, Mr. Sokol was employed with McOmber & McOmber, P.C. as a law clerk and upon passing the Bar in December of 1980, he became an Associate with the office, eventually being elevated to Partner in 1986.

In working at McOmber & McOmber, Mr. Sokol has been principally involved in commercial litigation and advising corporate and public clients on strategic approaches to commercial disputes. His commercial litigation emphasis has been focused on manufacturing issues, specifically, commercial code and warranty litigation, dealer agreements, termination and arbitration. Another portion of Mr. Sokol's practice involves both public and private employment litigation and arbitration. Mr. Sokol has represented public entities in employment litigation since 1980, both in the courts and through the various administrative processes in New Jersey. Mr. Sokol has defended both public and corporate clients against allegations of discrimination, whistle-blowing, workplace harassment and various other allegations. He also has experience in the field of education law in New Jersey, representing boards of education and an educational service commission in tenure proceedings, labor scope proceedings, labor arbitration, negotiations and other hearings before the Commissioner of Education.

Other areas of concentration include representation of contractors, architects and owners, both public and non-public, throughout the construction process, including the drafting of construction agreements, as well as construction litigation and arbitration, addressing issues such as change order disputes, scheduling disputes, delay damages, liquidated damages, latent and patent defects, contractor termination, professional malpractice and construction lien law.

Mr. Sokol has also developed expertise in the areas of real property litigation through his representation of title insurance companies. He advises and represents landlords in lease drafting and negotiation and in causes of action seeking possession and rent. Mr. Sokol has also represented zoning boards of adjustment and applicants for the development of gas stations, banks and other commercial projects. Finally, Mr. Sokol has experience in representing banking institutions in collection actions, including mortgage foreclosures, and has defended lenders against liability claims.

Mr. Sokol was born and raised in Monmouth County, specifically Freehold, its County seat, where his father was an attorney for approximately 30 years. He currently resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Mr. Sokol is a long time volunteer for Western Monmouth Habitat for Humanity as an attorney and also volunteers in representing the Colts Neck Reformed Church, where he is a member with his family.

A passion for law and justice began early for Steve. Raised in his home state of Delaware by his grandparents, he learned the value of hard work, determination, and education. After graduating from Law School he joined the Chester County District Attorneys’ office where he successful prosecuting DUI, Drunk Driving and Alcohol Crimes cases.

Marco Caviglia has been a trial attorney for 29 years. He graduated from Colgate University in 1973 and from Albany Law School at Union University in 1980. He is admitted to the New York Bar and the Bar for the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has served as Chief Assistant to the Dutchess County Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County, and as County Legislator of Dutchess County. He has also served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Poughkeepsie and Special Counsel to the Town of Wappinger Falls.

Mr. Caviglia is a Diplomate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in the teaching of trial advocacy skills to attorneys. He is one of the few attorneys in New York State that is 35-b Board Certified to try capital cases and has been lead counsel in four death penalty cases. Mr. Caviglia serves as Arbitrator on the Second Department Appellate Division panel for fee disputes in matrimonial and other legal cases, and is the legal advisor to the Community Advisory Board of the Hudson River Psychiatric Center. He is also a member of the Dutchess County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Board of Directors.

Mr. Caviglia is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers' Association, the Dutchess County Bar Association, the New York State Criminal Defense League, and the New York State Defender's Association.

Mr. Caviglia is an Adjunct Professor at SUNY New Paltz in the subjects of Criminology,Deviant Behavior and the Sociology of Law, and is a former Adjunct Professor in Paralegal Studies and the Department of Criminal Justice at Marist College, and the Department of Criminal Justice at Dutchess County Community College, and has authored several articles on legal subjects. Mr. Caviglia was also both the host of "Legal Brief," a radio law program, and a columnist for a similarly titled weekly newspaper column.
