Prior to attending law school, I served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer. I served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Mortar Platoon Leader, Instructor, Battalion Staff Officer and an Infantry Rifle Company Commander.

I began practicing law in Canton, Georgia in 1993. After obtaining a Master of Laws concentrating in litigation, I logged several thousand hours in the courtroom developing a practice in domestic relations, criminal law and commercial litigation. In 2007 I was certified as a mediator, using my years of courtroom experience coupled with alternative dispute resolution training to help people resolve complex issues without excessive unnecessary costs of litigation. Conversely, I am able to apply the tactics and techniques I learn as a mediator as a tool to more effectively advocate for my clients.

Craig David Becker, Esquire practices Education Law and Criminal Defense. He practices Special Education Law, representing students who have been denied an appropriate and effective education. He also represents students in disciplinary actions. In addition, Mr. Becker represents adults and juveniles in all facets of criminal defense. Craig David Becker, Esq. received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of a James Wilson Merit Scholarship. Mr. Becker began representing individuals while still attending law school and won his first not guilty verdict and suppression motion prior to graduation.

He is a former Assistant Public Defender for Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he represented defendants in high profile felony cases and other serious offenses. Mr. Becker also worked in the Public Defender Office's Juvenile Division, where he represented minors in all facets of juvenile criminal law. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Becker worked as an associate for top New Jersey and Pennsylvania law firms, including one firm that represented several New Jersey school districts.

George Allen Moore earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, College of Commerce & Business Administration, in 1970. During his senior year, he received the prestigious S. Paul Garner Accounting Award. George was recognized for superior academic achievement after four years of intense study. After undergraduate school, George entered Law School at the University of Alabama, where he graduated in 1973. During law school, he concentrated on mastering trial skills. George Allen Moore is a long-time faculty member of the People's Law School and is a much sought after speaker on the subject of personal injury and workers' compensation. Three years ago, George Allen Moore and his law firm established the Alabama Justice Center. This organization is dedicated to holding wrongdoers accountable for the injuries they inflict on innocent citizens.

Giving back to the community is an important part of George's life. In 1988, George Allen Moore was selected as the attorney for the Madison County Board of Education, a school system with almost 2,000 employees and 19,000 students. He has continually served as the attorney for the school system since that time. Service to his community has always been one of George's goals. In 1998, George Allen Moore was appointed to the Board of Directors of Huntsville Utilities and has continually served on the Board since that time. He is the only attorney to have ever served on this Board, which governs the largest hospital and health care organization in North Alabama. George Allen Moore is a family man. He is married and has two children and three grandchildren. He was born and raised on a small farm north of Huntsville, and is proud to be the son of cotton farmers. While attending the public schools in Madison County, he worked as a bag boy for a grocery store starting in the 10th grade. He learned the value of hard work while driving a tractor and picking cotton by hand. George got to know a lot about people while working side by side in the field with small farmers and share croppers for only a few dollars per day. He witnessed the heartbreak experienced when a family loses a loved one or when a small farmer learns that he has been taken advantage of by a big corporation. Planting, working and harvesting crops helped George develop a passion for ensuring that average people get justice in their business affairs and when they have been injured through no fault of their own. George's trademark is his ability to identify with his clients' difficulties. He has dedicated his career to helping the average person who has been injured or taken advantage of by wrongdoers, insurance companies, or corporations.

George Allen Moore and his family are active members of Whitesburg Baptist Church, where George serves on the Board of Trustees. His faith is a big part of his life. George has found that prayer has a healing power that cannot be matched by man and that everything about the law comes from the greatest book on earth, The Holy Bible. Isaiah 1:14-17 shows that God commands each of us to "seek justice, correct oppression, defend the fatherless, plea for the widow."



Psalms 82:3 says to "Defend the poor and fatherless, do justice to the afflicted and needy."



Exodus 23:6 tells us "Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits."

A Texas native originally from south east Texas, Rebekah moved to Austin after graduating from law school. Rebekah spent seven years in Lubbock attending Texas Tech University where she earned her B.A. in English with minors in Theatre and Political Science and then her J.D. As a law student Rebekah received awards such as the Jurisprudence Award for Superior Academic Achievement in Public Education Law, Federal Courts, and Law, Medicine, and Literature. Rebekah also earned her mediation certification through the South Plains Dispute Resolution Center. Rebekah came to The Fowler Law Firm in August of 2008, just after completing the Texas Bar Exam. She became licensed in November 2008 and works with many of The Fowler Law Firm’s varied practice fields.

Larry S. Hayman was born in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Ohio University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, having earned the highest grade point average in the Political Science Department.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hayman served as an Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, received a CALI Award for Excellence for obtaining a perfect score in his legal seminar, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Mr. Hayman is a Principal and Founder of The Law Firm of Hayman & Kelley, LLC, and is admitted to practice law before all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has significant litigation experience in a wide variety of forums across the state. Indeed, Mr. Hayman has successfully tried cases in court, presented cases on appeal, and represented clients in numerous adminstrative proceedings before, among others, the Ohio Elections Commission, the Ohio Department of Education, State Employment Relations Board, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Marco Caviglia has been a trial attorney for 29 years. He graduated from Colgate University in 1973 and from Albany Law School at Union University in 1980. He is admitted to the New York Bar and the Bar for the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has served as Chief Assistant to the Dutchess County Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County, and as County Legislator of Dutchess County. He has also served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Poughkeepsie and Special Counsel to the Town of Wappinger Falls.

Mr. Caviglia is a Diplomate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in the teaching of trial advocacy skills to attorneys. He is one of the few attorneys in New York State that is 35-b Board Certified to try capital cases and has been lead counsel in four death penalty cases. Mr. Caviglia serves as Arbitrator on the Second Department Appellate Division panel for fee disputes in matrimonial and other legal cases, and is the legal advisor to the Community Advisory Board of the Hudson River Psychiatric Center. He is also a member of the Dutchess County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Board of Directors.

Mr. Caviglia is an Adjunct Professor at SUNY New Paltz in the subjects of Criminology,Deviant Behavior and the Sociology of Law, and is a former Adjunct Professor in Paralegal Studies and the Department of Criminal Justice at Marist College, and the Department of Criminal Justice at Dutchess County Community College, and has authored several articles on legal subjects. Mr. Caviglia was also both the host of "Legal Brief," a radio law program, and a columnist for a similarly titled weekly newspaper column.

Daniel Woodring was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has lived in Florida for the past twenty years. In Florida, he has lived and worked in Pensacola, Clearwater, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tallahassee. His wife Jean, who is also an attorney, was born in Miami, and grew up in Ft. Myers.

Daniel Woodring is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars, and is admitted to practice before the Florida Federal Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has worked at the trial level on cases in many of Florida's 20 judicial circuits, in addition to cases in state administrative tribunals, and has argued cases at the Florida Supreme Court and Florida District Courts of Appeal, and briefed cases at the U.S. Supreme Court.

He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, and received his B.A. degree from Clearwater Christian College, Summa Cum Laude.

After law school, Mr. Woodring was in private practice doing general civil and appellate work. He then left for a two year appellate clerkship at the First District Court of Appeal. During his time at the court, he worked on cases including, but not limited to: criminal; family law; administrative law; workers' compensation; civil and constitutional law.

Mr. Woodring next worked as a counsel in the Executive Office of the Governor, Office of the General Counsel. During his time in Governor Bush's Legal Office he had diverse responsibilities, including oversight and strategic litigation management of significant legal matters at numerous Governor's agencies, including the Department of Education; Department of Management Services; Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Department of Health; Agency for Health Care Administration; Department of Children and Families; Department of Community Affairs; Department of Elder affairs; Agency for Workforce Innovation; Department of Transportation, and the Department of State. He was also legally responsible for topics as diverse as emergency operations; advising the Governor on the selection of judges; implementation of civil service reform; reform of workers' compensation; budget and appropriation matters; Indian gaming law; and advice to the Florida Cabinet sitting in its many capacities, such as the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission.

Daniel Woodring was then asked to be the General Counsel for the Florida Department of Education, which encompassed Pre-K though 12th Grade, community colleges and the Florida University System. He was also the Charter General Counsel for The Board of Governors, when that board was constitutionally created to manage the State University System. During his tenure at the Department of Education, Mr. Woodring advised and litigated on matters including, but not limited to: constitutional challenges to Florida's education programs, including Opportunity Scholarships and the charter school approval and appeal process; doing away with race as a preference in university admissions and state contracting; teacher and professional discipline cases; union, labor and employment matters; state procurement and bid protest proceedings; administrative rule challenges and rule making proceedings; IDEA and Section 504 proceedings; public records, government in the sunshine and ethical matters; contract negotiations and disputes.

Since 2007, Mr. Woodring has been back in private practice as the principal of the Woodring Law Firm, located in Tallahassee, Florida, and practicing statewide and in Georgia. He concentrates his practice on appeals; constitutional cases instate and federal court; education law matters; and state administrative matters, including state procurement, regulation and licensing.

Greg Sutton is the founding attorney of the Sutton Law Group. Prior to forming the Sutton Law Group, Greg worked with Brooklyn Legal Services in New York City and the Juvenile Law Center in Philadelphia. Most recently, Greg worked as an associate with the preeminent international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. As a law firm associate, Greg worked extensively with small businesses and entrepreneurs on all matters of business law. He also worked closely with Philadelphia area legal services organizations, including the Education Law Center and Philadelphia VIP, in delivering pro bono legal services to Philadelphia's underserved communities. Greg's practice makes use of his extensive ties in both the non-profit legal services community as well as the private law firm community in order to provide his clients with a robust and well informed approach to dealing with legal, social and educational issues.

Mr. McOmber was admitted to the New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and then served as a Judge Advocate General for three years in Washington, D.C. There he initially served as defense and trial counsel in many courts martial and thereafter as post Judge Advocate of Fort Leslie J. McNair in the southwest section of Washington.

Upon his honorable discharge from the Army, he joined the law firm of Giordano & Halleran. Upon his promotion to partner, the name of the firm was changed to Giordano, Halleran & McOmber. Thereafter, he left that firm to start a new firm with his wife, Adrienne H. McOmber. McOmber & McOmber opened their first office on Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey and later moved to 90 Monmouth Street in Red Bank. Since 1980, they have practiced on the waterfront of the Navesink River at 54 Shrewsbury Avenue in Red Bank.

The McOmbers first lived in Fair Haven and thereafter in the Locust section of Middletown. They have two children, one of whom practices with the firm. Mr. McOmber served as a trustee and President for many years with Riverside Drive Association, a homeowners’ group representing some 240 families on the north side of the Navesink River in Middletown. Areas of focus include: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act; Individuals with Disabilities in Education Improvement Act (IDEA/IDEIA); Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Pregnancy Discrimination Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); and New Jersey civil rights law such as the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.

Mr. Sokol was admitted to the Bar in December of 1980, after having graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in May of 1980. In September of 1980, Mr. Sokol was employed with McOmber & McOmber, P.C. as a law clerk and upon passing the Bar in December of 1980, he became an Associate with the office, eventually being elevated to Partner in 1986.

In working at McOmber & McOmber, Mr. Sokol has been principally involved in commercial litigation and advising corporate and public clients on strategic approaches to commercial disputes. His commercial litigation emphasis has been focused on manufacturing issues, specifically, commercial code and warranty litigation, dealer agreements, termination and arbitration. Another portion of Mr. Sokol's practice involves both public and private employment litigation and arbitration. Mr. Sokol has represented public entities in employment litigation since 1980, both in the courts and through the various administrative processes in New Jersey. Mr. Sokol has defended both public and corporate clients against allegations of discrimination, whistle-blowing, workplace harassment and various other allegations. He also has experience in the field of education law in New Jersey, representing boards of education and an educational service commission in tenure proceedings, labor scope proceedings, labor arbitration, negotiations and other hearings before the Commissioner of Education.

Other areas of concentration include representation of contractors, architects and owners, both public and non-public, throughout the construction process, including the drafting of construction agreements, as well as construction litigation and arbitration, addressing issues such as change order disputes, scheduling disputes, delay damages, liquidated damages, latent and patent defects, contractor termination, professional malpractice and construction lien law.

Mr. Sokol has also developed expertise in the areas of real property litigation through his representation of title insurance companies. He advises and represents landlords in lease drafting and negotiation and in causes of action seeking possession and rent. Mr. Sokol has also represented zoning boards of adjustment and applicants for the development of gas stations, banks and other commercial projects. Finally, Mr. Sokol has experience in representing banking institutions in collection actions, including mortgage foreclosures, and has defended lenders against liability claims.

Mr. Sokol was born and raised in Monmouth County, specifically Freehold, its County seat, where his father was an attorney for approximately 30 years. He currently resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Mr. Sokol is a long time volunteer for Western Monmouth Habitat for Humanity as an attorney and also volunteers in representing the Colts Neck Reformed Church, where he is a member with his family.

Ms. Carolla serves on the Board of Directors of the Good Looking Foundation, a Voorhees-based nonprofit organization established to promote and support the fight against autism in South Jersey. She is an adjunct professor at Temple University School of Law where she teaches Special Education Law. Ms. Carolla is also a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Southern New Jersey Regional Early Intervention Collaborative (SNJREIC), a nonprofit organization that helps ensure a local voice in the implementation of the early intervention system for children with special needs 3 years of age or younger.

Karen F. Edler has over ten years of experience in the field of special education law, advocating for parents in connection with obtaining a free, appropriate public education for their children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). She also represents children at school board disciplinary hearings. Additionally, Ms. Edler concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and corporate transactions, commercial leasing, and commercial real estate. She also represents children at school board disciplinary hearings. Ms. Edler is also a member of the New Jersey Special Education Practitioners.

Ms. Edler is a cum laude graduate of Dickinson College, where she earned a BA degree in Political Science, with a minor in Latin. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was the Managing Editor of New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law. After law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Hamer, J.S.C., Law Division, Bergen County. During the course of her career, Ms. Edler has litigated in numerous courts and represented various public entities including municipalities, planning boards, and boards of adjustment. Additionally, she served as the Public Defender in a local municipality.

Ms. Edler is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
