Kimberly attended the University of Michigan where she received her BA. She attended Fordham Law School where she received her JD in 1998. She began her career working at a large firm in New York City, Brown & Wood, LLP. Kimberly joined the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in 2002 where she tried numerous cases to verdict. In May, 2005, Kimberly joined her father Richard's practice. Kimberly handles most of the criminal matters (felonies, misdemeanors and traffic violations) and assists Richard with all other matters. Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and active in the Nassau County Bar Association where she most recently gave a CLE lecture on how to plea bargain. She was formerly head, and now vice chairs, the District Court Committee. Kimberly is also a correspondent for Fox News and MSNBC and appears regularly discussing all current legal issues. Kimberly has also handled high-profile matters and has appeared on all the local news stations.

Mr. Ahuja is a U.S. citizen born in India. He is admitted in the states of New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court; Southern District of NY, U.S. District Court; Eastern District of NY, and India. Mr. Ahuja received his education and experience both in India and the United States. Mr. Ahuja holds an LL.M. (International Business Law); an LL.M. in Labor Laws; LL.B. (JD); M.B.A. (Personnel Management & Labor Welfare); M.B.A. (Business Management); a Diploma in German language; a Postgraduate Diploma in Gandhian Philosophy, besides his M.A. (Major: International Relations) and B.A. (Honors) degrees.

Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Attorney (Trademarks) at the United States Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office, as an Of Counsel to Aitken Irvin Lewin Berlin Vrooman & Cohn, LLP, a Washington, D.C. based law firm specializing in the international business law, as a Consultant to M&M Consultants in Massachusetts, as a General Counsel to Soft Computer Consultants in New York, and Regional Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce, India. Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Baruch College [City University of New York], New York, NY, as an Adjunct Faculty and taught International Business at the USDA Graduate School, Washington, D.C; and as Adjunct Faculty at Howard University. He has been on numerous other legal panels and organized a number of conferences, has frequently been a guest speaker to various institutions of management sciences and law including Continuing Legal Education program for attorneys. Besides his law practice, Mr. Ahuja works as an Arbitrator with Small Claims Courts in New York. Bruce Barket is well known for successfully handling high-profile cases and for his many trial victories. When the stakes are high, he has been the trial lawyer of choice. He is also known for obtaining uncanny results in the appellate and post-judgment process for clients previously convicted. Mr. Barket is a sought-after lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars where he teaches various aspects of trial practice and criminal defense to other lawyers. He has spoken at bar associations and law schools on such topics as delivering effective summations, the art of cross examining government witnesses, cross examining law enforcement agents, and confronting and defeating eye witness testimony. He is also well known for his work and lectures regarding how to attack confessions taken by law enforcement personnel.

The New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers bestowed upon him the prestigious Gideon Award in 2003 and 2008 for his outstanding work on behalf of his clients. He was also named Practitioner of the Year in 2005 by the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association.

Mr. Barket was an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County from 1986 to 1991 and has been in private practice for nearly 20 years. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers from 1999 to 2008 and remains an active member of the Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Barket served as President of the Nassau County Legal Aid Society from 2005 to 2006 and has been a member of its Board of Directors from 2000 to the present. He also served as President of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association from 2002 to 2003.
