Although he originally focused on criminal law, Jacob Harker quickly began to expand into a variety of practice areas. Michael P. Ehline, is a former California Court of Appeal Judicial Extern. Michael Ehline "read" for the law in a law office and judge's chambers on the California State Bar Law Office Study Program, passing the California State Bar Exam with no college degree or law degree. This is similar to how President Abraham Lincoln and many other famous lawyers got their start.

Autumn HajMohammad is a California native. She completed her B.A. in Public Policy at California State University, Bakersfield, while working for a State Senator. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. She graduated with honors and was granted membership into the prestigious Traynor Honor Society.

Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. HajMohammad worked for the Kern County Public Defender's Office where she defended clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. She also successfully represented clients convicted of homicide and sex offenses seeking habeas relief.

Now accepting privately retained and court-appointed clients, Autumn HajMohammad defends those accused of criminal charges in the the East Bay including Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Alameda and Pleasanton, and in the greater Bay Area. She zealously defends clients in a variety of criminal cases including theft crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes, domestic violence, DUI, and crimes of violence.

A bit about Aly, personally: He speaks fluent French, Spanish, Italian, and Farsi, as well as basic German. He has traveled and worked extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. He is a musician, a dancer, a writer, and a visual artist. He enjoys motorcycle travels, slow food, music from bluegrass to folk, jazz to classical, rough playing with his two white German Shepherds, and coaching youth sports. More than anything else, he loves walking in local flower gardens and having quiet picnics with his son.
