In legal practice since 1996, Virginia Ann Jacobson has sought to provide caring and effective assistance and representation to a wide range of clients in need of legal counsel. Coming from central New York originally, after attending Cornell University and then State Univ. of New York at Buffalo School of Law, Ms. Jacobson and her husband have since made Prescott, Arizona their home. After five years as a passionate and hard working deputy public defender, Ms. Jacobson continues to provide aggressive and competent representation for criminal defendants, as well as representation in child custody, juvenile, guardianship and conservatorship, Title 36 and a full range of general civil practice areas. Ms. Jacobson has also become active as a Board Member with local non-profit Prescott People Who Care and as a member of PEAC (Prevention of Elder Abuse Coalition). Ms. Jacobson is also trained and interested in mediation, grant writing and advocacy and plans to secure her Fiduciary Certification in the future. David P. Gordon grew up in Camp Verde, Arizona. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. David Gordon received his law degree from Western New England College of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 2000. Prior to forming Gordon & Gordon, PLLC, David Gordon worked for the law firm of Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, and Whittington, PLLC in Prescott, Arizona, then as a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s office, and finally as assistant attorney for the City of Glendale.

James L. Cork II is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Mr. Cork holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (2007) where he graduated Cum Laude and on the National Dean's List. Mr. Cork also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University (2003).

Mr. Cork has worked at the Department of Defense Criminal Investigative Services where he assisted in the development of evidence files to be used in court, analyzed case files in a variety of different criminal cases, conducted research and helped prepare documents and discovery. In addition, Mr. Cork worked at the Law Office of Brian Burkett in San Diego, California. His work there was focused on Family Law, Probate, and Personal Injury cases.

In January 2008, Mr. Cork opened his own law practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Cork has recently opened a second office location in Glendale, AZ to better assist his West Valley clients. Craig J. Rosenstein is an honors graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2002. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Rosenstein went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree at Arizona State University Law School. During his time at ASU, Craig was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and clerked for one of the Arizona State Legislators from May, 2003 until August, 2004, while he simultaneously clerked for a solo practitioner until graduating from law school in 2006. After passing the Arizona State Bar in October, 2006, Craig was made name partner of the law firm for which he was working. There he competently handled all of the firms’ business law, civil litigation and DUI defense cases.

Mr. Rosenstein is licensed to practice law in Arizona, as well as the Federal District Courts of Arizona.
