We represent consumers in civil lawsuits filed against debt collectors, credit reporting agencies, creditors and lenders who violate state and federal consumer protection laws. Our policy is you won't pay any attorney's fees unless we recover on your behalf, although you will be responsible for any other costs in your lawsuit.

The consumer rights afforded to you under the federal and state consumer protection laws mean that those who violated your rights will ultimately be made to pay your attorney's fees, if your case is successful. Although no attorney can guarantee results, and we do not, we only take cases where we feel the law has clearly been violated and you have a reasonably good chance of recovering.

Our approach to consumer rights means that you as a consumer have access to experienced legal counsel, without having to pay large up front attorney's fees of $250-$350 per hour. We are careful to select cases that we truly believe have merit and for which we can get a recovery for you.
