have 15 years in a variety of legal matters. My background includes representing small and large companies, public officials, and individuals. I started practice in 1994 in Baltimore at a large nationally recognized corporate firm.
After working as an associate for four years, I worked for two years at a Washington, DC envrionmental firm that represented large oil and gas companies in breach of contract actions, personal injury cases, and administrative matters in approximately 20 states.
In 2001, I started as a senior associate at a large and well respected insurance defense firm with over 200 attorneys. During my tenure there, I worked on several aviation, trucking, and contact matters throughout the United States.
For the last 8 years, I have taken the experience obtained from my corporate law firm life and used it to represent small business owners and individuals in a variety of matters from corporate formation, contracts, shareholder disputes, business litigation, estate planning, family law matters, civil right claims, general litigation and employment cases.
I have licenses and accept cases in Maryland, Georgia, New York, and DC.
