A native of Connecticut, Adrian Mark Baron is a partner in the law office of Podorowsky, Thompson & Baron. Education
Adrian Baron received his Juris Doctorate from the Pace University School of Law (2004) where he served on the Honor Board and as Founding President of the Barrister's Guild. Attorney Baron holds a Certificate in International Business Law & Trade through a joint program between the Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in Krakow, Poland and the Columbus Schoolof Law in Washington D.C. (2003). Mr. Baron's Bachelor of Arts degree is from Manhatttanville College in English & Political Science (1996).

Collin Udell's appellate practice focuses on United States Supreme Court litigation and on complex or novel issues arising in other federal appeals. In the last year, Collin participated in three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and successfully opposed petitions for writs of certiorari filed with the Supreme Court in two other cases. Her background in federal appellate practice has allowed her to represent clients in a wide variety of appeals, including matters involving financial services, bankruptcy, labor and employment, intellectual property, securities, environmental litigation, complex commercial litigation, civil rights, and the First Amendment.

Collin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya at the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit, the Honorable Jose A. Cabranes at the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the Honorable Robert N. Chatigny at the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.

John Serrano, Esquire, is the senior partner of Serrano & Serrano, LLC. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Serrano argues cases before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and tries civil and criminal cases in Connecticut Superior Court, U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Serrano established the law firm of Serrano & Serrano, LLC in 1994 with Gabriel R. Serrano, Esquire, a 1991 graduate of Hofstra Law School. The firm represents clients throughout Connecticut from a main office in West Hartford and a satellite office in the Waterbury suburb of Naugatuck.

Born in Portugal, Attorney Serrano immigrated to the United States by ocean liner in 1960. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Eileen Becker's practice focuses on the representation of individuals and entities in personal injury cases, including claims of wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and various orthopedic injuries. She also has extensive experience in the representation of healthcare providers and facilities in healthcare-related litigation. She has successfully tried numerous jury cases to verdict.

I handle a wide variety of transactional corporate and securities law matters for institutional and individual investors, investment funds and their managers, as well as for public and private operating companies. My practice focuses on hedge fund, private equity, venture capital fund formation and operational issues, and illiquid investment transactions, with particular emphasis on advising private domestic and offshore capital pools and their stakeholders. I also advise investment advisers, fund managers, and operating companies on state, federal, and international compliance and enforcement considerations. My investor clients include individuals on the Fortune 400, family offices, ERISA-regulated investors, funds of funds, and other qualified purchasers and qualified institutional buyers.
