Stephanie P. Listokin is a skilled and experienced attorney in the areas of estate planning and administration. John Serrano, Esquire, is the senior partner of Serrano & Serrano, LLC. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Serrano argues cases before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and tries civil and criminal cases in Connecticut Superior Court, U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Serrano established the law firm of Serrano & Serrano, LLC in 1994 with Gabriel R. Serrano, Esquire, a 1991 graduate of Hofstra Law School. The firm represents clients throughout Connecticut from a main office in West Hartford and a satellite office in the Waterbury suburb of Naugatuck.

Born in Portugal, Attorney Serrano immigrated to the United States by ocean liner in 1960. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Eileen Becker's practice focuses on the representation of individuals and entities in personal injury cases, including claims of wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and various orthopedic injuries. She also has extensive experience in the representation of healthcare providers and facilities in healthcare-related litigation. She has successfully tried numerous jury cases to verdict.

Eileen is also a volunteer advocate with Lawyers for Children America. Through this organization, she is appointed by the court to represent children who are victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect.

She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association and the Hartford and New Haven County Bar Associations.

Eileen earned an A.B. from Syracuse University and a J.D. magna cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Connecticut (1994), New Jersey (1992) and Pennsylvania (1992). She is also admitted to practice in the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of New York.
