Micah Buchdahl is an attorney focused on assisting law firms with business development initiatives, while maintaining an active law practice. Prior to law school, he worked in marketing and public relations functions within the National Hockey League and Major Indoor Soccer League. He also served as a journalist for The Baltimore Sun. Micah attended Temple University both as an undergraduate (B.A., journalism, magna cum laude, 1985) and later for Law School (J.D., Dean's List, class president, 1991). He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Micah and his wife, Ivy, are the proud parents of daughter Lily Helena and son Benjamin Eli. They reside in Moorestown, New Jersey. Micah serves on the Board of Trustees of Congregation M'kor Shalom in Cherry Hill.

ALAN S. GOLDBERGER is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Maryland Bars and practices in the areas of sports law, business law, sports insurance defense, association law, and commercial and chancery litigation. In addition to being admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Maryland, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has written numerous articles that have appeared in legal and athletic publications nationwide, including Referee Magazine and the National Federation Officials' Quarterly.

He has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences, including the National Association of Sports Officials, the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc., the American Bar Association, the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association, the National Parks and Recreation Association, the Medical Society of New Jersey, the New Jersey Council of Administrators of Health and Physical Education, the Athletic Trainers Society of New Jersey, Inc., the National Police Athletic League; US Lacrosse National Convention and many state and local high school athletic associations, colleges, universities, and school districts.

Alan serves as Parliamentarian and counsel to the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc.; and Chair of the National Association for Girls and Women in Sport Committee on Legal Issues. He is also counsel to many officials organizations, including the State Basketball Officials Association of New Jersey, Inc. and the New Jersey State Baseball Umpires Association, Inc.

He is Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law Nonprofit Corporations Committee Nonprofit Athletic and Recreation Associations Subcommittee, and Chair of the Trade Associations Subcommittee. He is chair of the Defense Research Institute Sports Law Special Litigation Group. He has served on the National Federation Officials Quarterly Publications Committee and is a Past President of the School and Community Safety Society of America. He is a member of the Association for Active Lifestyles and Fitness, the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc., the National Association for Girls and Women in Sport, the National Federation Interscholastic Officials Association, the New Jersey Football Officials Association, the New Jersey State Baseball Umpires Association, Inc., the North Jersey Board of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc., and the Sports and Recreation Law Association. Alan is a Past President of the North Jersey Board of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc. -- District Board 33 of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc. -- one of the largest IAABO officials organizations in the world. He also is a past-president of The School and Community Safety Society of America (now Safety & Risk Management Council).

Alan has been a certified and registered baseball umpire, basketball official and football official for more than 30 years. He began officiating with the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) in 1968, while attending Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. His officiating continued in New Jersey while he attended Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. He continued to officiate all three sports for many years thereafter. He has officiated many state tournament games, as well as men's and women's college basketball, working most recently in the Northeast Conference.

Alan is the 2007 recipient of the Honor Award of the American Association for Physical Activity and Recreation's Safety & Risk Management Council, presented in recognition of significant congtributions on behalf of, and as a member of the Council. In 2006, Alan was the recipient of the Frank C. Corrigan Memorial Award of the North Jersey Board of Approved Basketball Officials, Inc. -- IAABO Board #33. The award is presented for outstanding contributions to basketball officiating. In 2004, Alan was the recipient of the Dominic Cuccinello Distinguished Service Award of Board 33.

Alan Goldberger also received the 2003 School and Community Safety Society of America's Presidential Citation. In 2001, Alan was the recipient of the Outstanding Attorney/Nonprofit Lawyer Award of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law Committee on Nonprofit Corporations, as well as the Presidential Award of the National Association for Girls and Women in Sport; and the Professional Service Award of the School and Community Safety Society of America.

Alan Goldberger's clients have included closely held and publicly traded corporations, insurance carriers and claims administrators, small businesses, attorneys, physicians, athletic officials' associations, sports organizations, health care providers, airlines, banks, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, nonprofit membership organizations, educational institutions, religious organizations, athletic officials, coaches, and other individuals engaged in professional services and business pursuits. A nationally recognized authority on sports officiating and sports law, Alan is frequently retained by major insurance carriers and claims administrators to defend sports organizations, game officials, coaches, camps, schools, and other entities in sports related claims.

Alan has obtained significant results for clients in business and commercial cases, as well as sports related cases. He has prosecuted and defended numerous contract claims, chancery matters, partnership and corporate disputes, private and nonprofit association hearings, business torts, tax court matters, employment related claims, Law Against Discrimination claims, and other commercial matters in litigation, administrative, and ADR forums. Mr. McOmber is a third generation attorney and a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. In 1998, he was admitted to New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and joined the firm of McOmber & McOmber, which was established by his parents, Richard and Adrienne McOmber, in 1974. He was promoted to partner in 2001. In 2004, Mr. McOmber moved to Red Bank with his wife, Dr. Nathalie Zenian McOmber, a general dentist who also practices in Monmouth County.

Mr. McOmber's primary areas of practice are civil litigation, land use and education law. He represents a number of municipal and regional boards of education and has handled extensive litigation and appeals on their behalf. He has successfully counseled many national corporations regarding complex development applications in New Jersey, including self-storage facilities and financial institutions. He has litigated favorably on behalf of corporations and public institutions regarding matters of public concern and attention. A number of his cases involving significant matters of law have been reported.

Mr. McOmber is a member of the St. Stepanos Armenian Apostolic Church in Elberon, New Jersey. He is an active participant in Armenian philanthropic organizations in the northeast. Amongst these activities, Mr. McOmber serves as master of ceremonies of an annual Armenian genocide remembrance program presented each April in New York City's Times Square. Regular speakers at this event include national senators and congressman. Mr. McOmber also serves as Secretary of the Kaboom Fireworks Committee, a non-profit organization, and helps organize the largest Fourth of July fireworks display in New Jersey.

Mr. Aberant attended Rutgers University-Cook College where he earned a degree in Environmental Management in 1991. He then attended Vermont Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1994. He has been a partner in the firm since 1999.

Mr. Aberant's practice encompasses the areas of civil litigation, real estate and business transactions, bankruptcy, and representing clients in Municipal Court. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts
of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

His professional activities include membership in the Burlington County Bar Association and service on the District IIIB Fee Arbitration Committee,where he served as a panel chair for two years.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Aberant is deeply committed to community service. From January 2005 to January 2009 he has served as Mayor of the Township of Moorestown, a community of 20,000 residents with an annual
budget of approximately $22,000,000. During his leadership, the township was named as "The Best Place to Live in America" by Money Magazine in 2005. He has been involved with all aspects of municipal government, including
planning and zoning, open space preservation, public finance, and labor agreements.

Mr. Aberant is a member and past President of the Moorestown Business Association, a member of the Moorestown Rotary Club, including serving on the club's Board of Directors, and a member of the Board of Trustees of The
Tender, a non-profit organization which provides adult day care, Alzheimers respite services, and transportation assistance for homebound seniors. He has also appeared on stage with the Moorestown Theatre Company.

David H. Nachman was born in New York and is a lifetime resident of New Jersey. Following his admission to practice, Mr. Nachman was employed for three years with one of New Jersey's largest law firms in Newark, New Jersey, in Corporate and Business Law Department. Here, Mr. Nachman engaged in the business immigration law practice and he assisted with general corporate compliance and commercial litigation.

Mr. Nachman, along with other firm attorneys, worked on such cases as Berger vs. Berger (a landmark decision regarding the interpretation of what constitutes a minority shareholder pursuant to the New Jersey Business Corporation Act) and Wolley vs. Hoffman-LaRoche (a landmark decision in the employment law arena concerning the legal and contractual implications arising from an employment handbook). Mr. Nachman also successfully completed nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications for national and international businesses of all sizes in many industries then joined another premier New Jersey law firm located Middletown.

Here Mr. Nachman served as an attorney in the Corporate/Business Law Department, where he was engaged in commercial and environmental defense litigation as well as securities regulation and contracts interpretation and drafting. Mr. Nachman continued to practice business immigration law for small and mid-sized businesses both in and outside of New Jersey.

Mr. Nachman is a member of the Bar of Bergen County, the State of New Jersey, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Nachman served as the State Department Liaison for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (“AILA”), and serves as an active member and a mentor to national AILA members on various topics. Mr. Nachman has appeared twice on New Jersey News Channel 12 as a recognized authority in the Business and Corporate Immigration Law arena.

Mr. Nachman is widely published and he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at Farleigh Dickinson University and at Bergen Community College where he teaches Immigration and Nationality Law. Mr. Nachman, on an annual basis, moderates the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (“NJICLE”) program entitled "The ABC's of Immigration Law." In addition to the foregoing, he has presented Continuing Legal Education Programs for organizations such as CELESQ, Sterling Educational Services and The U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), The Employers’ Association of New Jersey (“EANJ”) and Society of Human Resource Management (“SHRM”).

As an undergraduate at Georgetown University, Mr. Nachman served as an Assistant Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Senator Bill Bradley on Capitol Hill.
