Mr. Jones focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, business services, and general litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jones studied business at Michigan State University and spent time working at two Fortune 100 companies where he learned how successful businesses operate. During his time at law school, Mr. Jones served as a judicial extern for The Honorable James A. Teilborg in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and he also worked in the Civil Litigation Division of the Office of the Arizona Attorney General.

Further, Mr. Jones spent time as a Summer Associate in the Phoenix office of a large international law firm. Mr. Jones worked on matters regarding Chapter 11 corporate restructuring, civil litigation, and business services. He has also regularly devoted time as a volunteer for the Homeless Legal Assistance Program.

Mr. Jones is the author of "The New Supreme Court: Its Potential Ruling on the Constitutionality of Arizona’s Campaign Contribution Limits," 40 Ariz. St. L.J. 1057 (2008).

James F. Byrne, Jr., has practiced law for 31 years. He provides clients throughout Maricopa County with legal services in estate planning, business law, and commercial real estate. Daryl Manhart is a partner (shareholder) with Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.. His principal areas of practice are in commercial transactions and real estate, commercial litigation, and civil appeals throughout Arizona. He is the firm's principal appellate attorney. Mr. Manhart also was an adjunct professor of business law, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, at Grand Canyon University from 1995 - 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Olivier A. Beabeau is a Phoenix native and received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1998, and J.D. in 2001 from The George Washington University National Law Center. Mr. Beabeau has also studied European Union law at the Tulane Center for European Union Law in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and history and political theory at Birkbeck College, University of London.

While in law school, Mr. Beabeau served as a law clerk to a large multinational law firm in Washington, D.C., where he assisted the antitrust group with issues involving international competition law. Upon graduation, Mr. Beabeau served as a legislative analyst to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI) in Washington, D.C., where he developed analyses of pending legislation in the region. In particular, his published contributions addressed various aspects of money laundering, public corruption, and administrative procedure, and were developed for presentation to legislators in Serbia and Montenegro and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In 2003, Mr. Beabeau returned to Arizona and assisted the offices of United States Senator John McCain with legislative and policy issues.

Mr. Beabeau is a dual citizen of Belgium and the United States. In his free time Mr. Beabeau enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with his family.

Craig is an experienced attorney who handles court hearings and trials as well as legal counsel for businesses and individuals. His practice focuses on business law, commercial and business litigation, family & divorce law, real estate & construction law, wills, trusts & estate planning, and Internet law.

Prior to founding Boates & Crump in 2002 Craig worked at a small general practice firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During that practice he represented many individual and business clients and also served as a City Attorney handling civil matters and prosecution for a suburb of Minneapolis.

Craig is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received a business degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Craig lives in Anthem, Arizona with his wife and three children. Craig is very involved in the Anthem community and enjoys living and working in the Phoenix North Valley.
