Jason S. Buckingham is a California licensed attorney and real estate broker who helps people with their estate planning issues, business issues, and real estate issues, including investments, acquisitions, and leasing. To help people survive the growing economic crisis, Mr. Buckingham has added bankruptcy to the practice.
Mr. Buckingham has worked in some aspect of real estate transactions since 1993, starting with foreclosure issues, with the past several years focused on commercial real estate transactions. Jason has worked with some of the largest real estate developers, owners, and lenders in the country. With experience in property analysis, due diligence, title and escrow, acquisitions, entity formation, financing, leasing, and ongoing management issues, Jason offers his clients the kind of expertise and insight that only comes from having done it before.
Mr. Buckingham is a frequent speaker for business owners, investors and professionals on many issues related to commercial real estate, including risk management, commercial leasing, and Tenant in Common investments. Jason is also the Real Estate Legal Issues forum moderator for the Exeter Discussion Board, a website devoted to real estate investment issues.
Mr. Buckingham graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Cum Laude, December 2004, and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2005, and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of California in February 2009 and the Northern District of California in March 2009. Mr. Buckingham is also a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Buckingham also provides of counsel services (on a non-exclusive basis) to The Law Offices of Victor W. Luke, a leading consumer bankruptcy law firm.
Mr. Buckingham is a member of the California State Bar, the Federal Bars of the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
