Caroline Lewis is originally from Gurdon, Arkansas. The first person in her family to attend a four-year college, Caroline obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. As an undergraduate, Caroline spent a semester abroad in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where she studied Russian. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas in 1998. After taking a year-long hiatus, Caroline enrolled in law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and obtained her law degree in 2002.

While in law school, she served as the Research Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Caroline was also an active member of the moot court program. As a competitor, she was honored for her writing and oral advocacy skills in the intramural and National Moot Court competitions. Caroline served on the Board of Advocates as the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition Chair, for which she drafted the problem and bench brief. For her service to the law school and her achievements in moot court, Caroline was awarded the 2002 Outstanding Service to the Law School Award and received the 2002 Appellate Advocacy Prize.

Caroline received the Vincent W. Foster, Jr., Scholarship two years in a row. During her first interview with the scholarship selection committee, she met the Honorable William R. Wilson, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, who served on the committee. Not only was she awarded the scholarship, Caroline was invited to serve Judge Wilson as his law clerk for two years after completing law school, an invitation she happily accepted. She has worked in the areas of insurance defense, including subrogation, workers’ compensation defense, complex commercial and antitrust litigation, estate planning and probate law, and the development of business entities in Arkansas. She has submitted appeals to the Full Commission of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Arkansas Court of Appeal, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Caroline joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in January 2009 as the firm’s law clerk, but recently joined the firm as an attorney. Her practice is evolving and includes general civil and appellate litigation. Licensed for seven years, Caroline’s primary focus is to serve the firm and its clients in any requested capacity with the ultimate goal of helping to obtain a favorable result for each client.

Caroline and her husband, Stephen, welcomed daughter Catherine Elizabeth in April 2009. Caroline, Stephen, and Cate, together with their three dogs and three cats, proudly call Little Rock home.

Lyndsey D. Dilks grew up in Gillett, Arkansas. She was a charter member of the Arkansas School of Math and Science. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Transportation Logistics from the University of Arkansas in 1998. Ms. Dilks lived in Memphis, Tennessee for four years working in the transportation industry. She returned home to Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2006. During law school, Ms. Dilks studied international transportation law in Guadalajara, Mexico. She also had the honor of being selected as a law clerk for the United States Department of Transportation, which took her to Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, D.C. However, Ms. Dilks found her true calling when she took a bankruptcy class. Phyllis McKenzie Jones, her bankruptcy professor, recognized Ms. Dilks' abilities and nominated Ms. Dilks to represent the 8th Circuit for the American College of Bankruptcy, Distinguished Student Award. Following this prestigious honor and graduation from law school, Ms. Dilks was invited to serve in a temporary position as a Professional Law Clerk to Chief Bankruptcy Judge Audrey R. Evans. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Dilks joined the Dickerson Law Firm, P.A., a consumer bankruptcy firm, and represented hundreds of clients in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Ms. Dilks practices exclusively in the area of debtor bankruptcy law. She finds great comfort in knowing that she has helped an individual or a family save a home and receive the "fresh financial start" that bankruptcy relief provides.

I primarily represent upstream oil and gas companies. The majority of my practice includes rendering drilling and division order title opinions, providing leasing advice for landmen, and litigating title issues related to oil and gas. The remainder of my practice involves environmental law and general real estate practice. While most of my work is for upstream oil and gas companies, I am available on a limited basis to assist royalty owners with title problems.

I represent clients before Arkansas State Courts, Federal District Courts of Arkansas, the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
