Russell Krone attended the University of Arizona and the Berklee College of Music in Boston before completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1994. In law school, Russ served on the editorial board of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law as the Research & Development Editor. After passing the Arizona Bar in 1994, Russ became an associate attorney at a well established mid-sized Tucson lawfirm. He became a partner in that firm in 2002. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in all the State and Federal Courts of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Russ' practice focuses on the needs of businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial/business law, real property and land use law and construction law.

Before attending Law School, Russ was involved in the development of electronic parts testing systems and laser optical measuring devices. At the same time, Russ free lanced as a radio and television engineer, where he designed, constructed and maintained UHF television stations, point-to-point terrestrial microwave links, television and sound recording studios and other similar broadcasting installations.

Among his other involvment in the community, Russ served on the Board of Directors for Community Options, Inc.; the Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together; and the Board of Trustees of Green Fields Country Day School. Russ also served as a Member of the Arizona State Bar Committee on Recommended Jury Instructions (civil).

Ms. Perry's educational focus in psychology and knowledge of family dynamics offers a unique perspective and solid foundation for her work in the area of Family Law. Ms. Perry is able to offer her clients a high level of professionalism along with compassion and understanding of the emotional issues involved in divorce and custody cases and such matters as annulment, child support, spousal support, grandparent rights, and paternity evaluations.

Prior to Ms. Perry's admittance to the Arizona State Bar in 2002, her professional affiliations and memberships included the American Arbitration Association, the Arizona Dispute Resolution Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution, Phi Alpha Delta, Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma Beta Phi, Golden Key, Alpha Lambda Delta, American Psychology-Law Society, Society for Judgment & Decision Making, and the American Psychological Association. Douglas C. Gardner is a Native of Northeastern Arizona, and a fourth generation Arizonan.

Prior to law school, Douglas worked for several years for Bechtel Corporation, one of America’s largest privately held corporations, as an accounting manager. Douglas attended law school and earned his M.B.A. simultaneously. During Law School, Douglas clerked for the Honorable Randy Haines of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona. Douglas also participated in the Arizona State Law Journal as a Staff Writer and then an Articles Editor. At the same time, Douglas also participated in Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology as an Associate Editor and then as a Senior Editor, where he was recognized as the “Outstanding Associate Editor” and published his case note.

Douglas and his wife, Karleen, are the parents of three very active boys.

Don Awerkamp is a partner in the law firm of Awerkamp & Bonilla, PLC. He has represented employees since 1983, and for the past twenty years his practice has been almost exclusively in the area of employment and labor law. He provides representation for private and government employees in most forums, including State and federal trial and appellate courts, the National Labor Relations Board, merit commissions of city, county, state, and federal governments, and other administrative agencies. He is also one of the authors for the Arizona Employment Law Handbook. He has served as an expert witness on employment law issues in litigation and has provided expert testimony before the Arizona Legislature on employee whistle blowing.

Mr. Awerkamp is rated A-V by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating as provided by fellow lawyers. Mr. Awerkamp is also listed in Best Lawyers in America for employment lawyers.

Jamal F. Allen founded Allen & Associates, PLC in 1996 to protect the rights of people severely injured by the negligence of others and those who have been charged with felony crimes.

Mr. Allen received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law in 1993.
