Craig J. Rosenstein is an honors graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2002. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Rosenstein went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree at Arizona State University Law School. During his time at ASU, Craig was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and clerked for one of the Arizona State Legislators from May, 2003 until August, 2004, while he simultaneously clerked for a solo practitioner until graduating from law school in 2006. After passing the Arizona State Bar in October, 2006, Craig was made name partner of the law firm for which he was working. Olivier A. Beabeau is a Phoenix native and received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1998, and J.D. in 2001 from The George Washington University National Law Center. Mr. Beabeau has also studied European Union law at the Tulane Center for European Union Law in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and history and political theory at Birkbeck College, University of London.

While in law school, Mr. Beabeau served as a law clerk to a large multinational law firm in Washington, D.C., where he assisted the antitrust group with issues involving international competition law. Upon graduation, Mr. Beabeau served as a legislative analyst to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI) in Washington, D.C., where he developed analyses of pending legislation in the region. In particular, his published contributions addressed various aspects of money laundering, public corruption, and administrative procedure, and were developed for presentation to legislators in Serbia and Montenegro and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In 2003, Mr. Beabeau returned to Arizona and assisted the offices of United States Senator John McCain with legislative and policy issues.

Mr. Beabeau is a dual citizen of Belgium and the United States. In his free time Mr. Beabeau enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with his family.

Donald W. Hudspeth was admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona in 1988. Before attending law school, Mr. Hudspeth served as Chief Financial Officer for a furniture manufacturing company in Phoenix. Ms. Perry's educational focus in psychology and knowledge of family dynamics offers a unique perspective and solid foundation for her work in the area of Family Law. I have practiced family law in Arizona and Nebraska. The laws across the nation are vastly different based on the community in which you practice. However, there is a marked trend across the nation to move away from the litigious practice of family law. Courts and family law organizations are beginning to offer a much wider and more encompassed approach to training all areas of family law in a manner that encourages settlement.
