Justin Vaughn is an Arizona native. He has served as an attorney licensed in all Arizona courts since 1994. He initially worked in Phoenix with a focus in personal injury law and insurance defense. There, he served as President of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Association. He moved to Northern Arizona in 1997, and went to work for the prestigious firm of Aspey, Watkins and Diesel. His practice included defense work for major insurance carriers, personal injury, domestic relations, and all areas of litigation.

Mr. Vaughn established his own firm in 2000, and he has continued to provide services in the full range of legal matters. Mr. Vaughn has extensive experience in accident/injury law, criminal law, commercial transactions and litigation, employment law, real estate, estate planning, probate, insurance defense, administrative law, juvenile law, and elder law. He has served on several charitable boards, which include United Way of Yavapai County, Yes the Arc, Crossroads Youth Services, the Verde Valley Fair Association, the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce, Buena Vista Childrens Services, Cottonwood Judicial Review Committee, and the Navajo Nation Bar Association. He has also served as president of his local Rotary Club. He established a free legal clinic for the Verde Valley, and founded United Way of the Verde Valley. Mr. Vaughn was honored by the Yavapai Community Foundation as the 2007 Philanthropist of the Year for Yavapai County. Notably, Mr. Vaughn has been recognized by Market Surveys of America with an award for "Best Attorney"for his region of Northern Arizona for the last eight years (2003-2010).

Ms. McFarland entered private practice in 1993. From 1993 through 2001, she worked
with firms in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara, California, primarily
focusing on complex, commercial trial and appellate work in state and federal courts
across the nation. Ms. McFarland's practice included disputes about employment
contracts, partnership agreements, commercial leases, joint ventures, 10b(5) securities
litigation, shareholder derivative actions, compliance with the Investment Company
Act of 1940, fraud in many contexts, and price fixing. Ms. McFarland also gained
experience before the Court of International Trade, in franchising, applying for U.S.
trademarks, and merging and reorganizing banks. For several years, Ms. McFarland
was lead counsel for a Maryland bank which had a Winstar claim in the United States
Court of Federal Claims. Ms. McFarland's practice also included extensive brief writing

Ms. McFarland is a 1993 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, having
previously received her undergraduate degree in political science from UCLA in 1987.
While still in law school, Ms. McFarland drafted Estonia’s antitrust statute in
consultation with the government of Estonia. Ms. McFarland has published articles
entitled "The Schengen Agreement And Its Portent For Immigration In Europe" and
"Czechoslovakia Links Economic And Immigration Policies." She enjoys traveling
and the great outdoors of Northern Arizona.

Thomas A. Gorman has over 25 years experience defending citizens in municipal, state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level. Mr. Gorman is certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as a Criminal Law Specialist and is recognized in United States District Court as Learned counsel. Mr. Gorman specializes in trials, appeals, Rule 32s and writs of habeas corpus. Since 1985 Mr. Gorman has secured not guilty verdicts or outright dismissals for clients charged with DUI, money laundering, 1st Degree Murder, capital murder, sexual assault, sale of drugs, domestic violence, assault, theft etc. Mr. Gorman has defended clients by using, among other defenses, the defense of entrapment, the battered women syndrome, mental health defenses and self-defense.
