I am a litigator focusing my practice as an attorney and legal counselor on Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Law matters. I have had extensive litigation experience in Arizona Courts with all aspects of case management and civil litigation including jury trials, mediations and arbitrations.
In 2001, I received my bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona.
Upon completing my undergraduate studies, I next moved to Washington, D.C., and worked for a year on Capitol Hill as a Federal employee on the Legislative Staff of United States Representative Paul Ryan. During my time in Washington, I applied to and was subsequently offered admission to Marquette University Law School.
In May of 2005, I received my Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon graduation I was then admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and shortly there after moved to Arizona where I
passed the State of Arizona bar exam, and have been admitted to practice in Arizona since December of 2005.
Most recently I was worked as the Managing Partner at a Personal Injury law firm in Tempe, Arizona. As Managing Partner, I was responsible for managing and growing a caseload that grew by hundreds of active files and successfully resolved cases for my clients during my tenure. I was also responsible for supervising, training and mentoring a growing office that included three associate attorneys in an office of 12 full time employees.
I am currently licensed to practice law in
Arizona, Wisconsin, and the United States Federal District Court of Arizona. I am an active member of the Maricopa and Pima County Bar Associations, as well as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
