Ed has argued in front of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. One of Ed's cases was reported in Trial, a magazine published by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now AAJ) reporting on the fact that Ed was able to introduce into evidence, for the first time in United States legal history, objective tests confirming the diagnosis of PTSD.

For the past three years Ed has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. Ed's success rate at trial is in excess of 93%.

Ed is a member of the National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association; Ed is the only New Hampshire member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA); also a member of the Motorcycle Injury Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the American Association of Justice's Bicycle Litigation Group.
Ed is a member of the following professional organizations: The American Association for Justice (AAJ); The National Trial Lawyers Association; The New Hampshire Association for Justice; The New Hampshire Bar Association and The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

In 2011, Ed founded the Injury Law Center of New Hampshire at 39 Simon St. Unit 9 Nashua, NH.

Ed has been married for 39 years and has two children. Ed tries to be socially responsible and drives a hybrid vehicle. Ed was a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for almost 10 years where he taught public safe boating classes and went on safety patrols.
