About William T. Harrington
I represent small to midsized businesses in a variety of business and employment disputes in federal and Massachusetts courts. I also selectivley represent plaintiffs in employment matters and personal injury claims. As a former assistant district attorney, I also devote a significant portion of my practice defending people accused of crimes, typically in District Court.
I am co-author of the Massachsutts Practice Series volume on civil practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts that is published by Thomson-West, the largest legal publisher. Following law school, I clerked for a justice of the Supreme Judical Court of Massachusetts. I have conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials and have argued approximately 30 times before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Masssachusetts Appeals Court.
I strive to provide the highest quality legal representation to my clients at a fair and reasonable price. I know that litigation can be costly and always strive to keep costs low. I take a practical approach and try to be creative in bringing about an expeditious resolution that furthers my client's best interests.
