Susan R Green first became a member of the Maryland Bar in 1983. She went on to become licensed in Florida and the District of Columbia in 1984. The Law Office of Susan R Green, P.C., was founded in 1984 and has excelled as a general practice litigation firm handling personal injury, medical malpractice, birth injuries, medical misdiagnosis, premise liability, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, work injuries, dog bites, serious and catastrophic injury cases. As a former assistant public defender, she is no stranger to the criminal courts as well.
In addition to running a full-time law practice, Ms. Green is the Chairwoman of the Baltimore County Liquor Board. She was first appointed to the position of Commissioner in 2017 and was subsequently appointed to the Chair position in 2021. Prior to her appointment to the Liquor Board, she was appointed to and served on the Baltimore County Ethics Commission from 2012-2017.
Ms. Green served as Legislative Counsel to an International 501 (c)(3) for approximately a decade. Her responsibilities included drafting legislation, lobbying, assisting in the preparation of testimony and serving as a witness on pertinent bills. Her endeavors included speaking engagements, workshops and appearances on radio and television talk shows. Additionally, she lectures physicians on safeguarding their practices.
