About Sean Patrick Paris

Mr. Paris has over 13 years experience in both criminal and civil litigation. He is a principal with Pearson & Paris, P.C., a prestigious Colorado law firm which emphasizes criminal defense, civil litigation, and business and transactional law.

Mr. Paris has an extensive background in criminal law and litigation and he routinely advises on matters related to both. Mr. Paris was the senior prosecutor at the Park County District Attorney's Office where he was responsible for handling everything from misdemeanor cases to serious felonies, to include sexual assaults, white collar crimes, and major violent crimes. Mr. Paris continues his primary focus on criminal law, defending the rights of the accused. He has also handles a variety of civil litigation matters, to include personal injury, property damage, collections, sexual harassment, administrative licensing proceedings, and civil rights cases.

Mr. Paris holds B.S. and Juris Doctorate degrees and he lectures frequently in the areas of trial advocacy and criminal law. He is also a past contributing columnist for a legal column in the Park County Flume newspaper.
