| A partner of Friedman & Frey, L.L.C., Mr. Frey is a skilled litigator across varying areas of criminal defense. He has served as lead counsel in high profile and complex cases at courts at all levels across the country, and has a well-deserved reputation for bringing ingenuity, aggressiveness, and a comprehensive technique to client matters. Mr. Frey understands that many cases are won or lost before the parties and their lawyers even enter a courtroom, which is why he puts painstaking preparation into each and every case, leaving no aspect to chance. His ability to organize and interpret large and complex amounts of information enables him to effectively present unique defenses to judges or juries. Mr. Frey is held in high regard by his peers, and as a result serves as trial counsel in disciplinary matters involving allegations of unethical conduct by other attorneys. Mr. Frey has lectured and written on timely topics affecting the practice of criminal law, such as electronic evidence and trial preparation.
