About Rolly Chambers

I'm an experienced mediator and attorney. I've been practicing construction law in Charlotte for over 25 years, including:

Successful representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties,and design professionals:

- in mediating, arbitrating, and litigating construction claims;

- in evaluating construction claims; and

- in negotiating and drafting construction contracts.

North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission Certified Mediator - Superior Court, Estates and Guardianship.

Successful representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and sureties in mediation, arbitration, litigation and resolution of multiple party and multi-million dollar construction claims and disputes involving office buildings, high rise towers, schools, hotels, laboratories, waste treatment facilities, shopping centers, health care, and multi-family residential projects.

As a volunteer attorney for the Council for Children's Rights, I've served as a guardian ad litem for children in contested custody cases. As a NCDRC certified mediator for estates and guardianship matters, I'm familiar with issues involving care for the elderly.
