Since 1977, Robert Manchester has been providing his clients with quality legal representation at reasonable rates in federal, state and municipal courts. His primary concentration is in the area of criminal defense and civil litigation.

In addition to an active law practice, Mr. Manchester has, since 1986, served as the Chief Municipal Judge for the City of The Village.

As a former member of the Marine Corps Silent Drill Team at Marine Barracks, Washington, DC, former Corporal Manchester has maintained his interest in and devotion to the Corps. Most recently he served as a Founding Director and General Counsel of The USMC War Memorial Flag Detail, Inc.,(which recently became the Marine Corps War Memorial Foundation)
a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring the Iwo Jima War Memorial in Arlington, VA.

As an active and ardent hot-air balloon pilot for almost 20 years, Mr. Manchester has also served as special counsel to the Balloon Federation of America.
