Richard has spent his career as a CPA, management consultant, business owner and attorney. From each of those professions he has gained valuable knowledge and experience to assist in guiding his estate planning and business clients make decisions to further their goals and protect their legacies. He is licensed in Arizona, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and actively serves clients in those states.
His estate planning practice focuses on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate management and elder law.
He assists business clients in choosing and forming the proper form of entity and in drafting purchase and sale agreements, employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, contract drafting and review, and succession planning.
