  • FisherLawOffice: @FisherLawOffice: But beware what each particular college requires for its forms for aid purposes. Will need to know that for planning.
  • FisherLawOffice: @FisherLawOffice: Retirement accounts, including annuities, not considered parental asset for Federal college aid purposes.
  • FisherLawOffice: If doing asset protection, Nevada Act cuts off creditors after 2 years, not 4 like other states. Will have to locate some assets there.
  • FisherLawOffice: @FisherLawOffice: Just finished working with clients on buy-sell agreement. Work was painful for families, but now certainty there for all.
  • FisherLawOffice: is specializing in business issues, business and individual asset protection, succession and estate planning for individuals and couples.
  • FisherLawOffice: Came back from N. Carolina w/ daughter's church group on Habitat for Humanity project. 3 houses/5 days. See Fisher Law Office on facebook.
  • FisherLawOffice: Client opportunities rolling in for next week. Even more on the potential board. Hard to judge what is afoot. Let's just call it a week.
  • FisherLawOffice: Client called wanting copyright help before her play becomes movie. At same time talks w/ financial planners predicting chaos. What a world!
  • FisherLawOffice: Met with clients doing deals. Work getting done for now. Client to sell house to move to new location to buy. Will be interesting to watch!
  • FisherLawOffice: Client signing a 7-figure deal for buying new business in middle of country. Chaos may be afoot in financials but may be hope for business.
  • FisherLawOffice: Client came in whose Mother needs updated planning. It highligts why families should review plans for each other and extended family.
  • FisherLawOffice: I am helping business/ medical professionals with asset protection to make them safe from litigation and easier to pass on to their heirs.
