Jerry Rios was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has lived and worked here in Austin for the last eight years. In this time, Jerry has been involved in a number of privately owned businesses including Blue Wave Capital, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage that focuses on small and middle market debt and equity financing.

Prior to his career as a solo practicioner, Jerry worked in the areas of international business as a partner with the Rios & Wakefield firm, Jerry worked in the fields of hospitality, accounting and tax, securities and financial advising, and real estate finance. His background helps him to understand exactly what his client's situations are.
