| Authored the South Carolina chapter for "The Law and Procedure of Eminent Domain in the 50 States" (a/k/a the Compendium) published online by the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, Committee on Condemnation, Zoning & Land Use Litigation. After many years work, the Compendium is now complete for all 50 states and the District of Columbia and the American Bar Association First Chair Press has agreed to publish it as a desk book, under the title: Compendium of 50 State Eminent Domain Laws. |
