Mike believes in his clients' cases to the point where I have seen him take financial risks where the benefit was on the side of the client, not his. That is the hallmark of duty and only the greatest of lawyers will let their clients win first, or even at all in the end. Mike is an august credit to the legal profession; he sets the bar extremely high for the rest of us and we do well to emulate his example.

Complicated L&I disability case. I hired Michael back in 1999 and he was able to help me get social Security disability when I have been denied numerous times. He then took on Idaho labor and industries for injuries I occurred during my work. This was a long and complicated process that included many surgeries, interrogatories, and medical check ups. Michael was always positive, informative and knowledgeable about the law and my case. When I was discouraged, he helped me stay positive even during the delays because of Covid We finally fell out of court this year and I am pleased with the outcome and I would never hesitate to recommend Michael Walker to be on your side. It was good to have justice on my side

Mike Walker puts his clients first Mike has been my attorney for the last 10 years regarding a work related accident. Biography

For 36 years I have limited my practice to representing injured workers and Social Security claimants. I do not represent insurance companies or the Dept of Labor & Industries. The Worker’s Compensation system can be convoluted, confusing, and technically challenging to injured workers. I am proud to say that throughout my legal career, I have been blessed to represent, hard-working, honest, and worthy individuals who have unfortunately sustained injuries that have a devastating impact on work capacity, financial status, and familial relationships. In this area of the law, I represent the underdog. I am proud to do so. I am always happy to give advice to those who are confused by the deadlines and convoluted rules that must be hurdled in the Worker’s Compensation world, even if the potential clients do not need my formal legal service.
