Stay away from Matthew Weisberg! Stay away from Matthew Weisberg! He is professionally incapable. Attorney Weisberg robbed my 25 K for my appeal at the Third Circuit, then created every possible problem with my appeal, did every possible mistake. He provided a brief, which doesn't include any facts about my case, which was supported with home-printed exhibits for which he robbed another 25 K. Then withdrew himself from my Appeal three weeks before the deadline. Furthermore, he never communicated with me, constantly humiliated, he responded to my communication efforts as "blaming me crazy!"
