Details: Mr. Bullman is the President and a member of the board of directors Crime Victims Advocacy Council (CVAC), a non-profit crime victims' rights group which lobbies for passage of crime victim legisation, has a 24 hour hotline for crime victims and provides free counseling for crime victims and their families. Mr. Bullman established and helps oversee a scholarship program for victims and/or surviving family members.
