Overview

About Lynda Moser

I practice law with my husband, John Moser, and together we have practiced law a total of nearly 44 years. Our experience is broad, but has mostly focused on litigation and court practice.

It is our goal that when you come to our office you will feel comfortable and relaxed, not intimidated. When you call or come in our office, you talk to and deal with attorneys, not paralegals or secretaries. We aim to provide you the best legal representation available.

Our office is centrally located in Brevard County and is conveniently located in Historic Downtown Melbourne. We serve clients who live throughout Brevard County as well as clients from around the country who have legal matters in Brevard County, Florida, or governmental and legislative matters in Tallahassee, Florida.

In addition to our regular office hours of 8:30 to 5:30 Monday - Friday, we have evening and weekend appointments available to meet when it's convenient for you.

Moser & Moser...protecting your rights, interests, and pursuit of happiness.
