About Lynda Barrow Moser

Moser & Moser, P.A. is a family-owned law firm. I practice law with my husband, John Moser, and together we have practiced law a total of nearly 45 years. Our experience is broad, but has mostly focused on litigation and court practice. We have MANY YEARS of courtroom experience. We handle a variety of issues including, but not limited to, criminal defense, family law, contracts, and estate planning.

It is our goal that when you come to our office you will feel comfortable and relaxed, not intimidated. You will be treated with the utmost respect and you can be assured that your matter will be dealt with promptly and effectively. We aim to provide you the best legal representation available --- anywhere.

Our office is centrally located in Brevard County and is conveniently located in Historic Downtown Melbourne. We serve clients who live throughout Brevard County as well as clients from around the country and internationally who have legal matters in Brevard County, Florida, or governmental and legislative matters in Tallahassee, Florida.

In addition to our regular office hours of 8:30 to 5:30 Monday - Friday, we can arrange for evening and weekend appointments to meet when it's convenient for you.
