- Activities: Mr. Harrington is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Boston and Massachusetts bar associations. Mr. Harrington also serves as Co-Chairman of the Boston Bar Associations Law and Policy Committee of the BBA's Bankruptcy Law Section. As Co-Chair, Mr. Harrington has taken an active role in the BBA's efforts to modernize the Massachusetts' homestead and personal property exemption statutes and has testified before the Joint Committee on the Judiciary on behalf of the BBA's membership.
