Since 1988, Jonathan Dean and Susan Dean have handled thousands of the firm’s clients’ estate planning needs resulting in the establishment of estate plans for the orderly transfer of $Billions of clients' assets. Dean and Dean, LLP offers a full range of estate planning and administration services ranging from simple wills to the most complex estate plans. We also serve as representatives and trustees for our clients' probate and trust administrations.

Jon also oversees the firm’s extensive real estate practice, including managing the firm’s sister company, Advantage Title, LLC. With over 6,000 closings representing more than $10 Billion in real estate value, Dean and Dean, LLP and Advantage Title, LLC are leaders in the practice of real estate and the issuance of title insurance.

Finally, the firm handles litigation matters related to probate, real estate and business matters and has obtained significant results for its clients over the years with several judgment awards exceeding $1,000,000.
