About John L. Watkins

I'm primarily a business litigation attorney which includes experience in appeals, arbitration and mediation. I have handled almost all types of business litigation, andcurrently concentrate on insurance coverage and insurance bad faith matters for policyholders, trade secret and confidential information cases, corporate and LLC disputes (including member and shareholder disputes) and contract disputes. A lot of my cases involve technology issues. I work with a lot of international companies or their U.S. subsidiaries, particularly manufacturers. I also handle negotiating and drafting equipment supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions and other business contracts. I'm active in the German American Chamber of Commerce, the British American Business Group, and the international business community. I am also a registered mediator and have a mediation website.
