About John L. Roncone

Attorney John Roncone began practicing law in 1962 having graduated from Mt. Saint Mary's College, New England School of Law and New York Law School. His practice has concentrated in family law matters (divorce, paternity, custody, child support, adoption) personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, slip and fall), criminal defense (DUI DWI OUI, assault, battery, drug offenses, motor vehicle offenses) business acquisitions and mergers and corporate matters (formation, incorporation).
He has handled several several large scale mergers and acquisitions in multi-million dollar buyouts by "Fortune 500" companies.
He has served as a court appointed mediator in civil matters. He is a former Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the former chairman of the board of the F.I.A. Credit Union. He has represented several area banking institutions involving real estate closings.
In 2007, Attorney Roncone was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to the Judicial Nominating Commission.
Attorney Roncone is an active member of most local bar associations.
