: Current; Activities: Mr. Hartley formerly was an adjunct professor at the University of Denver School of Law, and frequently lectures for continuing legal education programs covering antitrust, intellectual property issues, and trial practice.

: Current; Activities: Mr. Hartley also is an active member of the American Bar Association Section on Antitrust Law, where he served a three year term as a member of the Section's governing Council and presently is a member of a special task force reviewing certain issues arising in antitrust litigation. In the past, Mr. Hartley has been a co-chair of the Operations Committee and a Vice-Chair of the Section's Sherman Act Section One Committee. Mr. Hartley and was the principal editor of the RULE OF REASON monograph published by the Section in 1999. Mr. Hartley also served a member of the editorial board of the third edition of the ABA treatise on STATE ANTITRUST PRACTICE, co-chair of the editorial board for the Section's ANNUAL REVIEW OF ANTITRUST LAW DEVELOPMENTS (2000), and as an editor of the ANTITRUST LAW JOURNAL.
