  After review of the facts and circumstances of a particular case, especially in personal injury cases, I may be willing to work on a contingency fee arrangement. I work by written contract only, however, I may provide initial consultations at a reduced rate for the first hour and will always provide free consultation for a period of 30 minutes, unless we have previously discussed the case during an extended phone consultation.
