- Activities: Mr. Englert is the current Co-Editor of the newsletter of the ABA's Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee. He has served as a Vice-Chair of the ABA's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. He has been a participant in trial advocacy presentations at the annual meetings of that committee. He has written papers on trial advocacy and insurance coverage issues. He has taught sections of the annual trial advocacy course of the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Englert has been an active member of the Colorado Chapter of the German American Chamber of Commerce since its formation. He has served as the President of that organization in 1994, 1995, and 2003.
