I am Garrick Fox. I have been practicing law in since my graduation from Stetson Law School in 1973. As a former state prosecutor, and a Senior Attorney with the state of Florida, I become intimately familiar with the inner workings of the court system. I am also admitted to practice law in Texas.

I practice exclusively in 3 areas:

The first is divorce. I have successfully dealt with issues of property distribution, alimony, and children’s issues.

The second is criminal law. I have successfully handled jury trials in first degree murder, drunk driving, federal white collar crimes and drug offenses from simple possession to federal drug importation cases.

The third area is family mediation. In mediation, we empower the parties to make their own agreements, with my professional guidance.
