: Current; Activities: Mr. Hoffman is a member of the American Bar Association's Tax Law section, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. He has served on numerous State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association committees, including committees on sales and financial transactions, compensation, employee benefits, inheritance tax, and corporate tax problems.

: Current; Activities: Mr. Hoffman is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Order of the Alamo, the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Quarterback Club, the Texas Cavaliers, and is currently serving on the Stewardship Committee of Christ Episcopal Church. He has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of the Alamo Area Big Brothers and Sisters, co-Chairman of the Big Brothers and Sisters Auction, President of the San Antonio Academy Alumni Association, and a member of the San Antonio Academy Board of Trustees. Mr. Hoffman has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Film Festival, the Board of Directors of the Harry Jersig Center, the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Character Education, and the Board of Directors of the Town Club of San Antonio as its Vice President and Secretary.
