About Elizabeth NeibergerElizabeth "Ellie" Neiberger is an associate in Bryant Miller Olive's litigation practice group handling complex commercial and business litigation for both public and private clients. She has recently been engaged in the defense of the FDIC in its capacity as receiver for failed banks in commercial litigation in federal courts, as well representation of the FDIC in business tort claims, including professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. While at BMO, she has represented numerous local governments in employment law and business-related disputes, and both governments and land owners in real property disputes, including actions involving title, boundary, and lien priority disputes. Her experience also includes representing corporate clients in creditor's rights matters, including commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, and receivership litigation.
Ms. Neiberger graduated first in her class from the Florida State University College of Law in May 2009. After graduating and passing the bar, Ms. Neiberger was elected to the Order of the Coif (Florida State University Chapter) and recognized by the Florida Supreme Court for highest performance on the July 2009 bar examination. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with honors from the University of Florida in 2006. In 2012 and 2013, Florida Trend magazine recognized Ms. Neiberger as a "Legal Elite Up and Comer". Those selected as Legal Elite represent the top 2% of attorneys in the state of Florida as judged by their peers.
