Federal prosecutor. Prosecuted many types of federal crimes, but was primarily responsible for white collar criminal prosecutions. Served as White Collar Crime Section Chief, 1991 to 1994; Senior Litigation Counsel from 1994 to 1995; Financial Litigation Section Chief from 1995 to 1996. Also served as the Computer Crimes and Telecommunications Fraud Coordinator, the Financial Institution Fraud Coordinator, co-creator of the Health Care Fraud task force, and Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator for the Department.
