About Dwane Cates
I was born and raised in Wyoming. I started Cates, Hanson, Sargeant & Rakestraw, PLC in 1997 and I am currently the managing partner. I practice primarily in the area of Criminal Defense. I travel throughout Arizona representing clients in various criminal matters, including Murder, Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide, Assault, Aggravated Assault, all drug crimes including transportation for sale of large quantities of cocaine and marijuana. I travel to Kingman, Yuma, Prescott, Holbrook, Bisbee, Flagstaff. any court in Ariozna.
