Donald Scott Boyd

With over 18 years of experience in the legal field, Don has become a trusted advisor to community associations of all types and sizes.

Don earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law with honors where he focused on litigation, property law and dispute resolution. Don has worked for a variety of law firms in Southwest Florida. Most recently, Don has focused exclusively on assisting and handling community association matters. Don’s significant litigation experience provides a unique perspective to assist community associations resolve any type of legal dispute.

Don has helped countless associations navigate complex legal issues and achieve their goals. Don is committed to providing practical, cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Don is an active member of The Florida Bar and also licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
