David W. Zoll, partner in the firm of Zoll, Kranz & Borgess, LLC, handles a wide variety of civil litigation. His areas of practice include pharmaceutical litigation, construction disputes, municipal law, ERISA pension and fiduciary law, trade secret and employment contract cases, insurance law, product liability, mass torts, and professional negligence matters. Zoll is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate and serves as an examiner for the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
